David Cooper has extensive knowledge of the Northeast Ohio real estate market, both commercial and residential.  He has been an integral part of the team at Harsax Management Company, a local real estate development/management firm, for over 25 years.  David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, where he majored in Real Estate and Urban Analysis, and recently earned his real estate sales license.  His education and experience have made him uniquely qualified to oversee all aspects of real estate sales, development, finance, and management, and have made him an integral member of the Cedar Tree Realty team.
